2. What we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Orders<\/th>\nName, address, email, phone, order details \u2014 to perform the contract and deliver your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices are kept for 10 years as required by Lithuanian accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Customer account<\/th>\nLogin email, password (encrypted), saved addresses, order history \u2014 to run your account (Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept until you delete the account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Requests and questions<\/th>\nName, contact, your idea and any photo you upload in the request form \u2014 to answer and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Kept up to 2 years, or longer if an order follows.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Payments<\/th>\nProcessed by Stripe; we receive only the payment status and the last digits of the card.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
