Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to every order placed on bazana.club by a consumer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. The contract is concluded in English and is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the EU country where you live.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Our jewellery<\/h2>\n<p>Our diamonds are laboratory-grown (CVD) diamonds: real diamonds with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined ones. Every diamond is sold as lab-grown \u2014 this is stated on the product page, the certificate and the invoice. Stones are IGI-certified; the gold is tested and hallmarked by the Lithuanian Assay Office (585 = 14k, 750 = 18k). Photos show the actual design; small differences in colour and reflection on different screens are possible.<\/p>\n<h2>4. In stock and made to order<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In stock<\/strong> pieces are sold exactly as described, at the price shown, and ship within do 10 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Made to order<\/strong> pieces (and in-stock designs ordered in another gold or carat) are made to your specification. You send a request, a manager confirms gold, stones, price and timing in writing, and the order becomes binding once you accept that offer and pay. Typical production time is 3\u20134 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are in euro and are final prices; delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If two or more pieces are in the cart, a 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Placing an order<\/h2>\n<p>Your order is an offer to buy. After payment you receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded when we send it. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or a price was obviously wrong, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We deliver to the countries of the European Union, insured for the full value, from Lithuania.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of one piece costs 25 \u20ac; with two or more pieces in one order delivery is free.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery outside the EU is possible on request \u2014 contact a manager; local import duties and taxes may apply there and are paid by the buyer.<\/li>\n<li>Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to a person you named. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell the courier and us immediately if it is damaged or opened.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>You may withdraw from the purchase of an <strong>in-stock<\/strong> piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Details, the model withdrawal form and how to send the piece back are on the <a href=\"\/returns\/\">Returns &amp; withdrawal<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to <strong>made-to-order<\/strong> pieces, which are made to the consumer&#8217;s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU), including engraved pieces.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Guarantee and complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Every piece is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Lithuanian law. In addition, if the IGI report number does not match the stone in your piece, we replace the piece free of charge. To make a complaint, write to us with your order number and photos; we reply within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>We first try to solve every issue directly with you. If we cannot agree, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybin\u0117 vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos tarnyba, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, <a href=\"https:\/\/vvtat.lrv.lt\">vvtat.lrv.lt<\/a>) or the competent court.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
