14 days to change your mind

In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days of the day you receive them, without giving any reason.

1. Tell us within 14 days — by email or with the form below. A clear statement in any form is enough.
2. Send the piece back within 14 days after telling us, unworn, with its certificate, tags and box, insured for its full value. The direct cost of returning it is paid by you; we will tell you the address.
3. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until the piece is back with us.

You are responsible only for any loss of value caused by handling the piece beyond what is needed to check it, as you would in a shop.

Made to order

Made-to-order and engraved pieces are made to your specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). They are still covered by the 2-year legal guarantee: if anything is wrong with a piece, we repair or replace it, or refund you.
